1. Service overview

We help travellers complete and review UK ETA applications by providing form guidance, document checks and customer support. We do not issue or approve official authorisations — decisions remain with the UK authorities.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may be shown in multiple currencies. Our fee covers private assistance services. Applicable government fees, where charged separately by authorities, remain outside our control.

3. User responsibilities

You must provide true, accurate and complete information. You agree to review your application before submission. We are not liable for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete data you supply.

4. Electronic communications

By using our service you agree to receive confirmations and updates electronically. Contact [email protected] to stop communications, which may end the service.

5. Limitation of liability

Except as prohibited by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for our assistance service. We are not liable for government decisions regarding your UK ETA.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by confidential individual arbitration in Delaware under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
